With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, and a new gardening season on the horizon it is a good week to celebrate our love of all things green. The focus of the new green trend is about getting back to nature and eating healthy. As people seek out more adventurous food options, farmers markets, grocery stores and restaurants are now featuring leafy green veggie varieties we haven’t seen before: sweet potato greens, curly kale, rainbow chard, and even seaweed snacks. Not only are these foods appealing to our taste buds and good for our bodies, but dark green hues are appealing to our eyes as well.
Natural greens are very comfortable color to live with, and the options are endless. Surrounding yourself with green is one of the easiest ways to calm down and relax. Used outside, green helps a home blend in with its environment.
